We are an NGO (non-governmental organization) soon to be launched, with a clear mission: to actively promote and develop a new civilizational paradigm and system of governance known as Ohmnicracy. While rooted in history, Ohmnicracy is a modern concept and term created by the Institute’s founder and the system’s original architect, Nicholas G. Pastuszko.
What sets Ohmnicracy apart is its approach to executive power and the very nature of governance. It proposes that statecraft be treated as a skilled vocation—on par with medicine, law, engineering, or the trades—requiring rigorous preparation, demonstrated competence, and a deep understanding of consequence.
This website serves as the official headquarters for this novel concept, its ambitious movement for change, and an active political science experiment designed to demonstrate the merits of a system that evolves classical republican wisdom through the use of modern data, analytics, and structural design.
The Institute will function as a center of learning and action—offering research, publications, training, and community-focused initiatives, all within the framework of Ohmnicracy. We aim to collaborate with existing paradigms and institutions to help build a smarter, more stable future.

- The Omega (Ω) is the mark of the exceptional statesman—one who rises not by popularity, inheritance, or force, but through discipline, mastery, and merit. As the final letter of the Greek alphabet, it signifies completion, refinement, and culmination. In the Ohmnicratic system, it represents the individual who has ascended the full Ladder of Offices (Cursus Honorum) and proven capable of governance at the highest level. Ω is not merely a symbol of leadership, but of statesmanship—governance as a practiced craft, earned through service, wisdom, and tested experience.
- The Compass Rose symbolizes the global vocation of Ohmnicracy. Its directional points reflect the world, a system open to all peoples, cultures, and traditions. It represents not conquest, but convergence—uniting diverse civilizations toward a shared standard of just, competent, and rational governance. The compass is our method: deliberate, navigational, and unifying.
